GibKo Nursery accepts all major credit cards

Shipping and
Handling
R & L Carriers handles our shipping on our largest items such as fountains,
sculptures and some pottery. UPS ships our smaller items from the Garden Accents Department. It takes
an
average of 10-12 business days for
you to receive your merchandise depending on where you are located in the U.S.A.
(Continental US
shipments are only available at this time).
We ship
daily with UPS and R & L Carriers. Most
items are in stock, however, larger shipments are shipped on a pallet and will ship out within
3 - 5 business days or 12 - 14
business days if stained or painted. Large stained or painted items require a
little longer time and a common carrier is used for shipping, these items should
ship within 2 - 3 weeks. You will receive an order confirmation when your order
is processed. You are welcome to contact us for an order status at
anytime. Smaller items like birdbaths or glazed pottery will arrive in foam and
cardboard. Some items will arrive in cardboard or peanut foam. Larger items,
which are delivered by R & L Carriers, will arrive on a
pallet.
NOTE: Fountains and statuary are shipped through our common
carrier. You will be contacted for approval of shipping fee.
All shipping rate quotes are obtained as each fountain order is placed.
Due to the fluctuation of current fuel surcharges, these shipping rates change
daily.
Price of shipping will be determined by
WEIGHT, ZIP CODE, AND CARRIER. Sorry, no COD shipments.
Customers should inspect crate, if there are signs of damage, customer should
open the crate and inspect the product. If the product is damaged, please
note the type of damage on the delivery receipt, refuse the product, and place
the product back on the truck. R & L Carriers will return the product back to
GibKo Nursery.

Mail orders will take on the average of 2 weeks for
delivery after we receive your order, depending on your location and/or
depending if you send us a check or a money order. Checks take 7 business days to clear
as money orders are processed upon receipt. We may also process as an
electronic check.

Retail Return Policy (Must obtain a Return Tracking Code)
GibKo Nursery guarantees all items. A restocking
fee of 25% will be accessed on all returned items (less the original shipping fee plus a restocking fee).
Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase - a refund for purchase price
less shipping fee and a 25% restocking fee.
Concrete products cannot be returned due to order
specification.
Gift items may be returned for in-store credit.

prior approval, including a return order number. Return shipping fees are the
responsibility of the buyer.
Items must be returned in new condition and include all of the packaging
material. Return policy is only on retail sales.
No returned items will be accepted or credited without a Return
Tracking Code
from GibKo Nursery.
After written approval you will need to ship the item
back so we can take the appropriate action agreed on.
(Replace or refund less the original shipping fee plus a restocking fee if
applicable).
